Artist relations at California Roots or the Monterey Jazz Festival is a job of narrow windows. The bus rolls in late, the artist has a soundcheck, a press hit, a meet and greet and a set, and the only real gap is the ninety minutes before doors. Vivere Drip Therapy works inside that gap. Put it in the advance, not in a phone call on show day

Treat this like any other rider line. Send it with the advance: date, load-in and set times, how many people in the touring party might want service, and which room or bus we would work in. We will come back with a hold and what it costs. Show-day requests are sometimes possible and often not, because the same weekend that has your artist on the peninsula usually has three other things happening on it. If the artist will not commit until they arrive, we would rather hold a window than a fixed time, and we will tell you at what point that hold has to become a booking. Deposits and cancellation terms for a held window are confirmed at quote, not assumed. One point of contact on your side, usually artist relations or the tour manager, keeps the whole thing to about four emails.

What fits between soundcheck and doors

A 500 ml 17 Mile Performance Hydration runs about 35 minutes; 1000 ml is about 45. The Basic Boost is 40 minutes. A Methylcobalamin B-12 Energy Boost is ten. Those are the treatments that fit a real festival day. NAD Body Refresh is 90 minutes and cannot be rushed, so it belongs on an arrival day, a day off or a morning after, never in the pre-show window. Most touring parties want the drip early, right after soundcheck, before catering and before the room fills with guests, because it gives the artist an hour of quiet either way. If the schedule slips, and at a multi-stage festival it will, we would rather move than start something we cannot finish before stage call. Tell us the hard immovable time, which is usually stage, and we will build backwards from it.

Dressing rooms, buses and the fairgrounds compound

At the Monterey County Fair and Event Center, where California Roots and the Monterey Jazz Festival both live, the artist compound is trailers and dressing rooms rather than open ground, which suits us. We need a chair the person can recline in or a sofa, a small table, decent light and a door that closes. A bus lounge works if it is parked and settled; a moving call time does not. Our staff need credentials and, at most compounds, an escort, and that is a thing artist relations arranges rather than something we can sort at the gate. It is also the single most common reason a booking runs late. Tell us where to park, because the production lot and the artist lot are usually not the same lot, and a licensed PA carrying a supply case across a festival site in the dark is nobody's idea of discreet.

Discretion is the service, not an add-on

We do not photograph anyone, we do not post about who we have worked with, and there is no client list on this website for exactly that reason. Intake happens one to one, behind a closed door, with no one from the tour or the festival in the room unless the artist asks for them. Medical history and medication lists stay with us. If your production has confidentiality paperwork you want our staff to sign, send it with the advance and we will handle it before the day. We will also work around a manager who does not want the touring party to know service is available at all; tell us who to speak to and who not to. What we will not do is treat someone who should not be treated because a schedule is tight. That call belongs to the PA, privately, and it is final.

Pricing a touring party

Prices are per person and published, so you can put a real number in the hospitality budget before you ask. The 17 Mile Performance Hydration is $380 for 1000 ml or $310 for 500 ml. The Big Sur Immune Booster is $300 over 40 minutes. Shark Attack, the hangover drip, is $200 for a liter and is more often a morning-after request than a pre-show one. Forever Young is $315. A Methylcobalamin B-12 Energy Boost is $35 and Lipo B is $50, and those two are what most of the crew traveling with the artist actually take. NAD Body Refresh at 250 mg is $350. Mobile visits carry a travel fee on top, confirmed when we quote the date and the site. Whether the festival, the tour or the individual pays is your call; we can invoice a single hospitality account or charge people separately.
