By accessing or using viveredriptherapy.com or any service offered by Vivere Drip Therapy (“Vivere,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Medical Services Disclaimer
All clinical services are provided by a licensed Physician Assistant under the supervision of Guardian Medical, our supervising physician group. Information on this website is for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
3. Eligibility
Services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or with appropriate parental/guardian consent and medical clearance) and who complete the required intake and consent forms. Vivere reserves the right to decline service when, in our clinical judgment, treatment is not appropriate.
4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
- Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
- We require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment without a fee.
- Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows may be subject to a fee of up to 100% of the service price.
- Mobile-IV appointments may carry additional travel deposits.
5. Payment, Pricing & Financing
Prices are listed at booking and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards (where eligible), and financing through Cherry. Vivere does not currently bill commercial insurance for IV drip services; superbills may be available upon request.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, photography, copy, and protocols — is the property of Vivere Drip Therapy and is protected by applicable trademark and copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute material from this site without our written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the website or services to: (a) violate any applicable law, (b) impersonate another person, (c) interfere with the operation of the website, or (d) submit false, defamatory, or misleading information.
