Competing Professionals and Anti-Doping Rules
Start here, because it governs everything else. The World Anti-Doping Code prohibits intravenous infusions and injections above 100 mL per twelve-hour period, except where legitimately received in the course of hospital treatment, a surgical procedure or a clinical diagnostic investigation, and professional golf's anti-doping program is built on that list. A 1000 mL bag is ten times the threshold. So this service is built for amateur partners, sponsors, hosts, event staff and guests, not for players competing under a tour's anti-doping program. We will not quietly treat a competing professional and leave the paperwork to be someone else's problem. If a competitor asks, the answer is that they take it up with their own tour medical staff and their physician, not with us. Hospitality managers should know this before a sponsor offers a drip to a pro as a courtesy, because that offer is the one that creates a problem.
Discretion Is the Product
During tournament week, a guest with a line in their arm is one phone camera away from a story they never asked for. So the setup is deliberately invisible. We work from a closed room, whether a suite, a back-of-house office, a cabana with sides, or a bedroom in a residence, with no signage, no branding and no waiting area where guests see one another. Arrivals are staggered so one guest is gone before the next arrives. Our team carries supplies in plain cases, dresses to whatever your venue expects, and photographs nothing. We do not confirm to anyone, including your sponsors, who was on the schedule. If your event has media credentialed on property, tell us where they are permitted and we will site the room somewhere they are not. What the Amateur Partner's Week Actually Looks Like
The amateur in a pro-am is usually a senior executive who flew in on Monday, is playing more golf in five days than in the previous six months, and has a sponsor dinner every night. By Thursday they are running on four hours of sleep and adrenaline, with a tee time in front of a gallery. Week-long planning works better than one-off calls here. Sponsor guests are a different scheduling problem than players. They are not on a tee sheet, they arrive on their own time, and their day is hospitality rather than golf. That makes them the easiest group to serve and the easiest to over-promise to. What works is a standing block: a room held for defined hours on defined days, with slots your concierge or guest-relations team fills as requests come in, instead of us fielding individual calls from twelve different assistants. Longer treatments belong inside that block. Certain cardiac, kidney and blood pressure histories, current intoxication, pregnancy in some cases, or simply a bad reading that morning all mean the answer is no, regardless of who is asking. That decision is not negotiable and it is not yours to smooth over. We deliver it ourselves, privately, and offer an alternative where one is appropriate.
