Vivere Drip Therapy is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Cancellation/Refund Policy

We want you to have a great experience at Vivere Drip Therapy. We can only give you that experience if you show up for your scheduled appointment!

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online at your convenience through the link in your confirmation email, or please call us at 831-253-9537.

Please understand that a no call/no show takes an appointment away from someone who really wanted to come in and enjoy the exceptional care we offer.

• 12–24 hours: $50 cancellation fee (includes restocking)

• <12 hours: No refund

By booking, you also agree to receive communications from Vivere Drip Therapy. We will never spam you or sell your information.

Vivere Drip Therapy may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or any updates. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

The Site and services are provided “as is.” Vivere Drip Therapy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site or services, including data loss or service interruptions.

Termination / Access Restriction

Vivere Drip Therapy may terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in California for any disputes.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Vivere Drip Therapy with respect to the Site.

Changes to Terms

Vivere Drip Therapy reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
